Pearl River HS on March 6 & 7, 2009 (snow date:
March 8)

Rehearsals on Friday run from 3:30 to
6:30. Please check with your district regarding transportation
arrangements, if any. Rehearsal on
Saturday begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Students must attend ALL
rehearsals for their full length to participate in the Festival.
There will be no exceptions to this! Tickets for concerts will be
given to the students at their first rehearsal.
In the event of
a weather-related cancellation on the first rehearsal day, the concert
will still be held on that Saturday. Students will put
tickets in a
will-call envelope to be picked up before the concert or tickets may
be picked up after 12 p.m. In the event of a
cancellation on Saturday, rehearsals and the concert will be held on
Sunday. Go to

RCMEA
will provide snacks for the students at break on Friday.
The concerts begins at
4 p.m. No
recording devices of any kind will be permitted in the hall.
Tickets may be available at the door on a first-come, first-serve
basis for $7 each.
Students wishing to purchase a
t-shirt, additional tickets or order a CD of the concert may do so during breaks.
T-shirts are $10. CDs include all performing groups and are $15.

– White shirt, Black pants
Girls – White Blouse, Black Pants/Skirt
All
– Dark shoes, appropriate hosiery
Students must bring their concert attire with them on Saturday morning.
Students may not leave the site.
