Senior All County will be held at Nanuet HS on February 6 & 7, 2009 (snow date:  February 8)  click on name of school for directions.

Rehearsals on Friday run from 4:00 to 8:00.  Please check with your district regarding transportation arrangements, if any.  Rehearsal on Saturday begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.  Students must attend ALL rehearsals for their full length to participate in the Festival.  There will be no exceptions to this!  Tickets for concerts will be given to the students at their first rehearsal.  Additional tickets will be sold to the public after 4:30 Friday, after 9:20 a.m. Saturday.  In the event of a weather-related cancellation on the first rehearsal day, the concert will still be held on that Saturday. Students will put tickets in a will-call envelope to be picked up before the concert or tickets may be picked up after 12 p.m.  In the event of a cancellation on Saturday, rehearsals and the concert will be held on Sunday.  Go to www.cancellations.com for any cancellations or delays, or our website, www.rcmea.org.

There will be two concerts:  The 3 p.m. concert will feature the Band & Women's Chorus, the 5 p.m. concert features the Orchestra and Mixed Chorus.  No recording devices of any kind will be permitted in the hall.  Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come, first-serve basis for $7 each.

Students wishing to purchase a t-shirt, additional tickets or order a CD of the concert may do so during breaks.  T-shirts are $10.  CDs include all performing groups and are $15. Please make checks out to RCMEA.

Concert Dress

            Traditional black and white.

            Boys – White shirt, Black pants

            Girls – White Blouse, Black Pants/Skirt

            All – Dark shoes, appropriate hosiery

Students must bring their concert attire with them on Saturday morning.  Students may not leave the site.

Directions to Nanuet HS:

From Spring Valley (Eastbound Route 59):  Right onto Smith Street (at the Mobil Gas Station and McDonald’s). Follow Smith Street around the bend; the road becomes Church Street at this point
Continue on the road past the Nanuet Public Library.  The next large driveway on your left, after the Middle School, is the entrance to the Nanuet Senior High School.

From Nyack (Westbound Route 59):  Left onto Smith Street.
